We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive business growth.
Operations & Leadership:
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas to ensure a high level of service and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Uphold brand standards for all beverages, including coffee, Red Bull drinks, and boba tea.
Customer Experience & Sales:
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, such as promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure all drinks are consistently prepared to company standards.
Financial & Inventory Management:
• Track daily sales, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste to maintain efficiency.
• Use POS systems to track performance and generate reports.
Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food service regulations.
• Maintain all equipment and work areas in compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, boba tea shop, or beverage-based business is needed.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and team leadership.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Red Bull-infused drinks and boba tea preparation is a plus.
