Pearl Coffee is a locally owned coffee stand dedicated to serving high-quality coffee, Red Bull drinks, and Boba with excellent customer service. We take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing delicious, handcrafted beverages to our community. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and specialty drinks, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including espresso-based coffees, Red Bull infusions, and boba tea.
- Take customer orders, handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand.
- Restock supplies, including coffee, syrups, boba toppings, and energy drink ingredients.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required, we will train the right person!
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
