Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and specialty drinks, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including espresso-based coffees, Red Bull infusions, and boba tea
- Take customer orders, handle cash and card transactions efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand
- Restock supplies, including coffee, syrups, boba toppings, and energy drink ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required—we will train the right person!
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
